God pronounces woe on the false shepherds who scatter His flock, and promises to raise up “a righteous Branch” for David, a King who will reign wisely and be called “The LORD is our righteousness.” He then delivers a scathing indictment of the false prophets who prophesy lies and their own dreams, running when He did not send them.
