War breaks out between Abijah of Judah and Jeroboam of Israel. Outnumbered two to one and ambushed, Abijah appeals to the covenant and the true worship Judah maintains, declaring “God is with us at our head.” Judah cries out to the LORD, the priests blow the trumpets, and God routs Jeroboam’s army, giving Judah a great victory because they relied on Him.
