Zion is called to awake and put on strength, for the LORD will redeem her and reign, and beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the herald who publishes peace and says, “Your God reigns.” The chapter’s close begins the fourth Servant Song: “Behold, my servant shall act wisely... he shall be high and lifted up,” yet marred beyond human likeness, startling many nations.
