Woe to Ariel (Jerusalem), which the LORD will besiege and bring low, so that its wisdom vanishes and its worship is hollow, “this people draw near with their mouth... while their hearts are far from me.” Yet a day is coming when the deaf will hear, the blind see, the meek rejoice, and the erring gain understanding, for the LORD will yet be sanctified among His people.
